I grew up in Jacksonville Beach, as the older son of two wonderful parents of whom I will be forever grateful to. My father, with his calm disposition, and tender touch, was the first Chiropractor at the beach area. My mother, a totally devoted housewife and loving mom to four children. I consider myself blessed! They taught us right and wrong, to love and care, and work hard for an honest day's pay. That's the tradition that I like to keep going. I've got a total of 35 years combined experience in home, apartment, and condominium maintenance and repairs. Licensed as an experienced Handyman and Carpenter, I can do a wide variety of installations and repairs. Yet, I am unable to do electrical, plumbing, or roofing! Some of the things that I am licensed for are: CARPENTRY(Residential framing license), which includes building houses, remodels, repairs of structural damage, decks, wood patio enclosures, etc. My HANDYMAN(Maintenance license), covers a multitude of NON-STRUCTURAL repairs and installations around the home or business... including small kitchen/bath remodels and repairs, drywall, tile, ceiling repair, doors/locks, closets/shelving, siding/soffit, termite/dry rot/water damage/(WDO repairs), light painting/touch-ups with color-match, etc. I've got a background of Mechanical, Irrigation, Electrical, Plumbing, etc... and don't mind answering a few questions if it can help someone out. I also install GRAB BARS, RAMPS, HANDRAILS, SAFETY EQUIPMENT, RENOVATIONS for Handicapped/Disabled persons. There's just too many things to list!! If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask.
